You’ve been contacted by two large customers, both having one thing in common: they are looking for designers to work on their seat selection interface. Yet unfortunately they are running into very similar problems: the maps are very complicated and difficult to navigate, not to mention massive technical issues with people spending hours trying to find — and buy — decent seats.

Indeed, the maps are quite complicated and a bit overwhelming, but by no means do you need to make every single detail from these maps work in your solution. We need good solutions that will bring users to choose their seat and buy quickly, and preferably increase spend per user as well.
